Notice the scammers never include a phone number in their ads -- they are located in Africa. Always confirm the location of the person offering a puppy. All offers of pets from Africa are scams, NO EXCEPTIONS! Google everything! From email addresses to aliases to addresses, there's a good chance someone else has encountered the scammer before, and shared the experience online.
